DR. KOFENDER WILL SEND YOU THE LINK TO CREATE THE PORTAL ACCOUNT, EITHER BY TEXT OR EMAIL. This allows for convenient, HIPAA compliant communication between clients and Dr. Kofender. For your convenience, there is also a mobile app available to download (It is called Jituzu). Client Portal allows clients to receive appointment reminders, exchange secure messages with Dr. Kofender, and provides access for video conferencing.
